Vintage Metal Seal Figurine, Seaside Aquarium Oregon Souvenir, Made in Japan

Sweet vintage metal seal figurine, a souvenir of the Seaside Aquarium in Oregon. It was made in Japan and features a felt covered bottom and red and blue shield logo on one side.
CONDITION: VERY GOOD

Some pitting and scratches but no major issues.
