    • Professional Nd:YAG laser rod, 4 mm dia. x 76 mm length, flat – flat ends, made in Turnov, Czech Republic, by the famous crystal growing company Crytur, around mid 80’s. The rod was slightly used in an R&D laser. The box is similar to the original one. Both ends are antireflective (AR) coated, to avoid self-oscillation and thus to increase the overall laser efficiency. Tested in a compact laser head. Ends flatness lambda/10, ends parallelism less than 10 arcsec, front surfaces less than 5 arcmin from rod axis. Very good bulk and ends optical quality (see pictures in transmission).
