Standard Hose – Two Wire Braid Hydraulic Hose meets or exceeds din EN 853 2SN, SAE 100R2 AT and ISO 1436
Smooth Hose – Two Wire braid hydraulic Hose meets or exceeds EN857 2SC
Construction
Tube: seamless oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: 2 high tensile steel wire braid
Wrapped cover: weather, abrasion and ozone, resistant synthetic rubber
Fluid resistance: Hydraulic fluids on mineral, vegetable and synthetic oil, water based fluids
Temp range, continuous service: -40°C + 100°C Max (max 120°C intermittent)
Product Structure
Provides superior oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance by using special synthetic rubber
Provides high pressure resistance and superior impulse resistance.
Provides superior kink resistance and fatigue resistance.
Provides longer service life.
Storage of hydraulic hoses
Store cool, dry, away from dust and protect from direct sunshine and UV radiation.
Shield from nearby heat sources. Do not allow hoses to come into contact with materials that could damage them.

About Us
From being expert in hydraulic sourcing in 1996 Flowfit is now a market leader in everything hydraulic, from distribution to systems and manufacturing. Coming from humble beginnings, Flowfit’s first office was an old Miner’s home in Cinderford, Gloucestershire, with one employee. Within 6 months Flowfit’s operations moved to a 400 square foot unit in Ludlow. By 2015 Flowfit’s facilities had expanded to its current 28500 square foot site, which comprises the head office, shop, engineering and warehouse facilities and, more importantly its employees.
Now in November 2018 Flowfit has started huge new expansion of extra warehousing on its two sites here in Ludlow covering another 8500 on two floors.
Flowfit’s ethos is to provide ‘everything hydraulic’ for their vast customer base. All shipments for UK Delivery over 1.7kg are despatched by Fed Ex, tnt.

All shipments outside the EU will arrive on a 3-7 day delivery service depending on Country location, please check for accurate delivery times with the Flowfit sales department.
All smaller shipments are despatched by Royal Mail Postal service.

Any goods to be returned must be received within 30 Days, no refund or credit agreement will apply if goods are received after the expiry of the period of Thirty working days beginning with the day after the day on which goods are delivered. Prior to this period ending any returned goods will be exchanged for credit within 30 days and subject to a variable handling fee. Postage charges accrued in returning items will not be paid by Flowfit. Your rights to return goods are protected under the Statutory Instrument 2000 No. 2334.
